1.   a)   State  the boundary  conditions  that are to be  satisfied by  the electric  and
             magnetic  fields  at  the surface of  separation of  two  dielectric media.
      b)   Deduce the expressions for the intensity   of the reflected and transmitted wave  
             is  incident  at  such an interface.
